Charles Dougan

Charles grew up in the pipelining business and has been a safety professional since 1986. His work has since taken him on a variety of land and sea operations around four continents and much of the United States. His practical and engineering background and extensive experience allows him to work with clients and vendors to satisfy OSHA requirements without compromising project goals.
